고양특례시가 2026년 설 연휴를 맞아 시민들이 안전하고 편안한 명절을 보낼 수 있도록 보건, 안전, 교통 등 6개 분야를 아우르는 ‘설 연휴 종합대책’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
