충남교육감 선거 출마를 공식 선언한 한상경 예비후보가 현장 경험과 성과로 검증된 실행력을 앞세워 충남교육 혁신을 약속했다.
한 예비후보는 12일 천안시청 브리핑실 기자회견에서 "충남교육은 현장을 아는 경험과 성과로 검증된 실행력이 필요하다"고 강조하며 출마를 선언했다.
학교 현장부터 교육행정, 기관운영, 청소년정책까지 두루 경험한 이력을 바탕으로 "말이 아닌 실행, 구호 아닌 성과"로 변화를 이끌겠다고 밝혔다.
한 예비후보는 교사·교감·교장 과정을 모두 밟은 현장형 교육전문가임을 내세웠다.
특히 특수교육 현장 경험을 강조하며 "학교의 실제 요구가 정책과 행정으로 연결돼야 한다"고 학교 중심 교육행정 구축을 약속했다.
천안교육지원청 교육국장 재임 시 학교가 교육에 집중할 수 있는 행정 지원 체계를 마련했다고 설명했다.
충남교육청과학교육원 초대 원장으로 대전 발령 후 아산 이전하며 기관 기반을 닦아 전국 최고 수준으로 평가받았다고 자평했다.
퇴임 후 천안시청소년재단 초대 대표이사로 충남 최초 학교밖청소년지원센터 독립 운영을 이끌었다.
지원 전문성과 안정성을 높여 전국 최고 수준으로 성장시켰으며, 여가부 차관의 현장 방문 벤치마킹 요청 사례를 성과로 제시했다.
