성광진 대전교육감 예비후보가 교복·교통·문화 영역의 생활밀착형 복지로 ‘학부모 부담 제로화’를 실현하겠다고 공약했다.
성 예비후보는 12일 교복 통합 ‘착한 교복’, 청소년 무상교통, 방학 휴가패스 등 실질적 교육비 경감을 위한 정책을 발표하며 “교육복지는 선택이 아닌 책임”이라고 강조했다.
“아이들의 옷차림, 이동, 문화 경험까지 교육 영역”이라며 “부모 형편이나 거주지에 따른 기회 차별을 뿌리 뽑겠다”고 밝혔다.
초중고 교복 체계를 정장 중심에서 편안한 생활복 중심으로 바꾸는 ‘착한 교복’ 도입을 핵심으로 제시했다.
교복·체육복·생활복 중복 구매를 줄이고, 신입생 지원금 외 체육복·생활복 구입비(1인당 10~15만 원)를 별도 지원해 의류비 부담을 최소화한다.
대전 학생 15만4천 명 대상 ‘학생 꿈나무 교통카드’로 사실상 무상교통을 보장한다.
교육청·시·운송사 연계 사후환급 시스템 운영과 원거리 통학생 위한 ‘1천 원 등교 택시’(하교 확대, 전액 지원)를 통해 이동권을 강화한다.
방학 기간 유·초·중 학생에게 휴가패스를 지급, 문화행사·놀이공원 이용료 50% 지원(차상위 이하 전액)으로 문화 격차를 해소한다.
악기은행 확대도 약속, 바이올린·첼로 등 고가 악기 무상 대여로 예술교육 기회 균등화에 나선다.
