고양특례시 덕양구 대덕동 지역사회보장협의체는 쪽방촌 거주자와 고령 1인 가구 등 취약계층의 삶의 질 향상과 고독사 예방을 위한 뽀송·단정·보듬 3대 통합 돌봄사업을 본격 추진한다고 12일 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 행정기관 예산에 의존하지 않고 지역의 인적·물적 자원을 연계하여 추진하는 지속 가능한 돌봄 모델이며 위생 관리부터 외모 돌봄, 관계 형성까지 생활 전반을 지원하는 체계적인 구성을 갖췄다.
뽀송 침구세탁 사업은 세탁이 어려운 취약계층의 침구를 수거해 세탁함으로써 위생 환경을 개선하고 질환 예방을 도우며 단정 미용 돌봄 사업은 지역 미용실과 협력하여 거동이 불편한 이들에게 미용 서비스를 제공함으로써 자존감 향상과 정서적 안정을 도모한다.
마지막으로 보듬 사람으로 잇고 관계로 돌봄 사업은 협의체 위원들이 안부 지킴이로 참여해 고위험 가구를 주기적으로 확인하는 인적 안전망 구축에 중점을 두며 이를 통해 위기 상황을 조기에 발견하고 고독사를 예방할 계획이다.
