이번 행사는 지역사회에 따뜻한 명절 분위기를 전하고 이웃 간 정을 나누기 위해 마련됐다.
협의체 위원들은 전통시장 내 상점에서 준비한 모둠전을 지역 내 16가구에 전달하며 일대일 방문을 통해 안부를 살폈다.
이와 함께 ‘복지 위기가구 발굴 캠페인’도 병행했다.
이날 협의체 위원들은 현장에서 주민들과 직접 만나며 복지위기가구에 대한 적극적인 관심과 제보를 안내했다.
이기엽 민간위원장은 “설 명절을 맞아 협의체 위원들의 작은 정성이 어려운 이웃에게 따뜻한 위로와 힘이 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
변인순 읍장은 “명절에 정서적 외로움에 있는 이웃에게 관심을 갖고 지원해준 협의체 위원들께 감사드린다”며 “앞으로도 민관 협력을 통해 작은 복지 위기도 놓치지 않도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
