브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 13일 건설인으로서의 책임 의식을 높이고 안전을 최우선 가치로 내재화하기 위해 신입사원에게 노사가 합동으로 안전모를 수여하는 ‘대우건설人 고유례’를 실시했다고 19일 밝혔다.
‘고유례’란 중요한 일을 시작하거나 큰 변화를 앞두고 그 뜻과 각오를 공동체에 고하는 의식을 의미한다.
대우건설은 이러한 전통적인 고유례 정신을 회사의 상황에 맞게 재해석해 서약문 낭독과 안전모 수여식을 진행했으며, 건설인의 책임과 생명 존중을 상징하는 안전모를 통해 안전을 최우선가치로 실천하겠다는 의지를 강조했다.
이번 행사는 김보현 대표이사와 심상철 노동조합 위원장이 함께 참석해 신입사원 한 명 한 명에게 안전모를 직접 씌워주며 노사가 한마음으로 안전을 최우선 가치로 실천하겠다는 의지를 다졌다는 점에서 의미를 더했다.
아울러 건설 현장의 기본이자 최우선 원칙인 안전의 중요성을 되새기고, 신입사원들이 대우건설의 일원으로서 책임감과 사명감을 갖고 업무에 임할 수 있도록 하기 위해 진행됐다.
