논산시, 충청남도 '농어민수당' 접수 돌입

충남 논산시가 19일부터 4월 24일까지 충청남도 농어민수당 신청을 받는다. 농어업의 공익적 기능을 제도적으로 보전하고 현장 종사자의 소득 안정을 도모하기 위한 조치다.
