충남도가 도민의 삶의 질 향상과 지역 맞춤형 복지 실현을 위해 ‘의료·요양 통합돌봄 체계’ 구축 사업에 본격 착수했다.
충남도는 19일 도청 대회의실에서 ‘충남형 통합지원협의체 출범식 및 제1차 정기회의’를 열고, 통합돌봄 체계 구축을 위한 첫 행보에 나섰다. 이날 회의에는 성만제 도 보건복지국장을 비롯해 보건의료, 건강관리, 장기요양, 주거·일상돌봄 분야 기관 관계자 등 40여 명이 참석했다.
행사는 통합지원협의체 위촉장 수여를 시작으로 사업 추진 방향 설명, 제1차 정기회의 순으로 진행됐다. 협의체는 도내 29명(당연직 5명, 위촉직 24명)으로 구성됐으며, 의료·요양·복지 분야 간 연계 강화와 협업체계 구축을 통한 통합돌봄 실현을 주요 임무로 맡게 된다.
이날 정기회의에서는 ‘의료·요양 통합돌봄 실행계획서’ 심의를 비롯해, 사업 추진 방향과 충남형 통합돌봄 모델 발전 전략 등에 대한 심도 있는 논의가 이어졌다.
충남도는 이번 협의체 출범을 계기로 민관 협력 기반을 강화하고, 도민이 거주지에서 건강관리와 요양, 돌봄 서비스를 통합적으로 받을 수 있는 지속가능한 지역사회 돌봄 체계를 단계적으로 구축해 나갈 계획이다.
성만제 도 보건복지국장은 “통합지원협의체의 출범은 의료와 복지, 요양을 아우르는 돌봄 안전망을 구축하기 위한 의미 있는 첫걸음”이라며 “도민 모두가 어디서나 필요한 돌봄을 받을 수 있도록 충남형 통합돌봄 모델을 내실 있게 완성해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
