브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 채용 시장에서 인공지능(AI) 및 데이터 활용 역량이 연봉을 좌우하는 주요 경쟁력으로 떠오르고 있다는 관측이다.
잡코리아가 발행한 ‘HR 머니 리포트’에 따르면 AI·개발·데이터 직무가 4947만 원으로 21개 주요 직무 가운데 가장 높은 수준을 기록했다.
이어 △기획·전략(4912만 원) △금융·보험(4779만 원) △엔지니어링·설계(4661만 원) 등이었다. 디지털 환경에서의 업무 수행 능력과 데이터 활용 역량이 중요한 직무들이 연봉 상위권에 포진한 점이 눈에 띈다.
최근 기업들은 직무 전문성뿐만 아니라 다양한 디지털 도구를 활용해 업무 효율을 높일 수 있는 역량을 함께 고려하는 경향이 짙다. 이제는 AI 기술이 일부 전문 직업군을 넘어 다양한 분야의 산업에 고루 영향을 미치는 가운데, 실무에서의 AI 활용 경험 또한 하나의 경쟁력으로 인식되고 있다.
기업 규모별 평균 연봉은 대기업 5279만 원, 중견기업 4483만 원, 중소기업 3994만 원 순이었다. 중견기업은 대기업의 약 85%, 중소기업은 약 76% 수준이다.
산업별 평균 연봉에서는 금융·은행업이 4,678만 원으로 가장 높고, IT·정보통신업(4,656만 원), 제조·생산·화학업(4,536만 원), 건설업(4,474만 원) 등이었다.
2026년 예상 연봉 인상률은 전반적으로 보수적인 기조가 예상된다. 기업의 40%가 ‘1~5% 미만’, 31%가 ‘5~10% 미만’ 인상을 예상했으며, ‘10% 이상’의 상승폭을 기대하는 기업은 16%뿐이었다.
잡코리아 관계자는 “이제는 같은 직무와 연차라도 AI를 활용해 실제 성과를 낼 수 있는지가 인재 가치를 좌우하는 요소가 되고 있다”고 전했다.
