이번 행사는 노후화로 기능 개선이 필요했던 행복돌봄나눔터를 전면 재정비한 뒤 처음으로 선보이는 공식 일정으로, 공간 변화를 군민에게 직접 보여주는 상징적인 자리로 마련됐다.
특히 겨울방학을 맞은 초등학생들을 초청해, 리모델링 후 공간의 활용성·안전성을 직접 체감할 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성했다.
아이들은 전문 강사의 지도 아래 다양한 색과 형태의 풍선을 활용해 자신만의 작품을 만들며, 새롭게 단장된 공간에서 창의성과 상상력을 마음껏 펼쳤다.
