고양특례시가 지난 20일 시 통합돌봄 전담부서와 보건소, 국민건강보험공단 일산병원 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 '지역사회 통합돌봄 협력 간담회'를 열었다.
이번 간담회는 오는 3월 「의료·요양 등 지역 돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률(돌봄통합지원법)」 본격 시행을 앞두고 마련됐다.
어르신과 장애인 등 돌봄이 필요한 시민들이 살던 곳에서 건강한 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 기관 간 협력 체계를 강화하는 것이 목적이다.

간담회에서는 각 기관의 전문성을 살린 건강관리 특화서비스 추진 방안과 퇴원환자 관리 협력 방안 등이 주요 안건으로 다뤄졌다.
참석자들은 시의 다각적인 복지 연계, 보건소의 방문 건강관리 인프라, 의료기관의 전문성을 결합해 시민들이 체감할 수 있는 촘촘한 안전망을 구축하기로 뜻을 모았다.
시는 기존의 수동적인 서비스 수혜 방식에서 벗어나 대상자 스스로 건강관리의 주권자가 되는 '능동형 건강관리' 모델 도입에 주력할 계획이다.
의료기관 및 보건소 전문 인력의 인프라를 결합해 실질적인 자가 관리 가이드라인을 보급하고, 시민 스스로 건강을 돌보는 선순환 관리체계를 구축해 나갈 방침이다.
