이번 협약에 따라 창영케미칼㈜는 휴먼스마트밸리 내 1만1571㎡ 부지에 350억원을 투자해 의료용 PVC 컴파운드 및 튜브 생산공장을 신설하고 20명을 신규 채용할 계획이다. 창영메디칼㈜는 동일 단지 내 1만1571㎡ 부지에 400억 원을 투자해 혈액백 등 의료기기 제조시설을 구축하고 25명을 신규 고용할 예정이다.
