충남 논산시의회 산업건설위원회 서원 의원이 2월 23일 열린 제270회 논산시의회 임시회 5분 자유발언에서 ‘2024년 원예특작 지역 맞춤형 사업’과 관련해 행정 절차 위반과 정치적 개입 가능성을 제기했다.
