올해부터는 대구시교육청의 통합관리 시스템인 ‘든든e’가 본격적으로 도입된다. 신청부터 접수, 관리, 결과 처리까지 모든 절차가 일원화되면서, 학교 의뢰와 프로그램 연계, 사후 관리 과정이 한층 체계적으로 진행될 전망이다. 이에 따라 행정 처리 속도와 현장 지원의 정확성도 높아질 것으로 기대되고 있다.
해당 프로그램은 학교 요청에 따라 개별상담, 집단상담, 교육 과정 등으로 구성된다. 학생을 대상으로 자기이해 워크숍과 감정조절 훈련, 갈등해결 모의훈련, 관계 회복 집단상담 등이 운영되고, 보호자 참여형 교육도 함께 이뤄진다. 이를 통해 가정 내 양육환경 개선과 부모-자녀 관계 회복까지 폭넓은 지원이 가능하다.
이복우 북구청소년회관 관장은 “그간 쌓아온 전문성과 현장 경험을 바탕으로, 지역 청소년들이 건강하게 성장하며 긍정적으로 변화할 수 있도록 앞으로도 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Starting this year, the Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education's integrated management system, "Ddeundeun e," will be fully implemented. This streamlining of all procedures, from application and reception to management and results processing, will enable a more systematic process of school requests, program linkage, and follow-up management. This is expected to significantly improve administrative processing speed and the accuracy of on-site support.
The program consists of individual counseling, group counseling, and educational courses, depending on school requests. Students will be provided with self-understanding workshops, emotion regulation training, simulated conflict resolution training, and group counseling to restore relationships. Parents will also be provided with hands-on training. This comprehensive support will encompass improving the parenting environment and restoring parent-child relationships.
