저서 『더 큰 통합, 압도적 성장』 통해 수도권 집중 타개책 제시
대전 연구 역량과 충남 산업 인프라 결합한 ‘충청판 실리콘밸리’ 구상

더불어민주당 박범계 국회의원이 오는 2월 28일 오후 3시, 공주대학교 천안캠퍼스 체육관에서 저서 '박범계의 더 큰 통합, 압도적 성장' 출판기념회를 열고 대전·충남 통합을 통한 지역 발전 비전을 선포한다.
박 의원은 이번 저서를 통해 수도권이라는 단일 엔진에만 의존해 온 한국 경제의 구조적 한계를 강하게 비판했다. 그는 대전과 충남의 통합을 단순한 행정 구역의 재편을 넘어선 ‘국가적 생존 전략’으로 규정하며, 이를 통해 대한민국 경제의 새로운 성장 동력을 확보해야 한다고 역설했다.

앞서 박 의원은 지난 27일 국회에서 열린 규탄대회에서도 대전·충남 통합의 당위성을 강력히 피력한 바 있다.
