6대 전략산업 인재 양성 및 협력형 동아리 지원… 교육발전특구 사업 본격화
3월 6일까지 온라인 접수, 고교-대학-기업 잇는 혁신 교육생태계 구축

대전광역시가 지역의 미래를 이끌 혁신 인재를 육성하고, 이들이 지역에 뿌리 내릴 수 있도록 돕는 ‘고교-대학 연계 사업’에 참여할 관내 대학을 공개 모집한다.
이번 모집은 교육발전특구 사업의 일환으로 진행되며, ‘고교-대학 연계 전략산업 인재 양성’과 ‘고교-대학 연계 동아리 운영’ 등 두 가지 핵심 과제를 수행할 대학을 선정하는 것이 목적이다.
대전시는 고교와 대학, 기업이 긴밀히 협력하는 교육 생태계를 조성해 인재 양성부터 취업, 정주까지 이어지는 선순환 구조를 만든다는 구상이다.
‘전략산업 인재 양성’ 사업은 대전의 6대 전략산업과 지역특화산업, 글로벌 분야를 아우른다. 선정된 대학은 고교생을 대상으로 교육 및 현장 견학, 진로 컨설팅, 프로젝트 수행 등 단계별 프로그램을 제공해 실무형 인재를 키워내게 된다.
‘연계 동아리 운영’ 사업은 지역특화산업과 창업·발명, 그리고 지역 문제를 스스로 해결하는 리빙랩 분야를 중심으로 운영된다. 특히 대학뿐만 아니라 기업이 동아리 활동에 함께 참여하는 협력형 모델을 지향해 활동의 실효성을 높였다.
대전시는 지난해 9개 대학, 35개 고교에서 약 3,600명의 학생이 참여하며 거둔 성과를 바탕으로 올해 사업을 한층 고도화한다. 기존 우수 프로그램의 질을 높이는 동시에 전략산업 분야를 확대하고, 학생들의 접근성을 높이기 위한 단기 및 원데이 클래스 등 신규 프로그램도 적극적으로 발굴할 계획이다.
대전시는 서류 평가와 발표 평가를 거쳐 역량 있는 대학을 최종 선정할 예정이다.

Building on the success of last year's program, which saw approximately 3,600 students from nine universities and 35 high schools participate, the Daejeon Metropolitan Government plans to further enhance the program this year. While enhancing the quality of existing excellent programs, the city plans to expand the scope of strategic industries and actively develop new programs, such as short-term and one-day classes, to increase student accessibility.
The city will select the most capable universities through a document review and presentation evaluation process.
