교(원)장 및 교육전문직원 등 76명 대상 임명장 전수

대전광역시교육청이 2026학년도 새 학기를 맞아 교육 현장의 변화를 이끌 새로운 주역들을 전면에 배치하며 대전 미래 교육의 청사진을 제시했다.
대전시교육청은 24일 시 교육청 701호에서 2026년 3월 1일 자 인사발령에 따른 ‘교육공무원 임명장 전수 및 수여식’을 개최했다.
이날 수여식의 주인공은 승진, 전직, 신규 임용을 통해 대전 교육의 핵심 가치를 현장에서 실현할 유치원 및 초·중등 교(원)장과 교육전문직원 등 총 76명이다.
이번 임명장 수여는 지난 2월 5일 단행된 대규모 정기 인사의 후속 절차다.
당시 시 교육청은 교(원)장·교(원)감 및 교육전문직원 352명을 비롯해 유·초등 교사 1,151명, 중등 교사 944명 등 총 2,447명에 대한 인사를 발표하며 새 학기 준비를 본격화한 바 있다.
교육청은 이번 인사를 기점으로 급변하는 교육 환경에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 동력을 확보한다는 구상이다. 특히 구성원 간의 유기적인 협력을 바탕으로 교육 행정의 효율성을 높이고, 대전 교육이 지속적으로 성장할 수 있는 기반을 공고히 할 계획이다.
무엇보다 ‘교육 대전환’ 시대에 걸맞은 미래 교육 기반 조성에 역량을 집중할 방침이다. 교육 현장의 안정적인 운영을 최우선으로 하되, 개별 학교의 교육 역량을 강화해 학생과 교사, 학부모 등 모든 교육 공동체가 함께 성장하는 ‘대전미래교육’을 구현해 나가는 데 모든 행정력을 모으겠다고 강조했다.
대전시교육청 관계자는 “새롭게 임용된 교육 공무원들이 각자의 위치에서 전문성을 발휘해 대전 교육의 질적 도약을 이끌어줄 것으로 기대한다”며, “앞으로도 현장 중심의 교육 지원 정책을 통해 신뢰받는 교육 환경을 만들어 가겠다”고 밝혔다.
