[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시사회복지협의회는 23일 제이스퀘어호텔 3층 연회장에서 ‘2026년 정기총회’를 열고 새해 사업 방향과 중점 추진 과제를 확정했다.
이날 총회에는 지역 사회복지 종사자와 내빈, 회원 등 200여 명이 참석해 지난 2025년 법인 및 산하기관의 주요 성과를 공유하고 2026년도 사업계획과 예산안을 심의·의결했다.
또 협의회는 진주 복지의 발자취를 체계적으로 정리하기 위한 ‘진주시사회복지 80년사 진주시 복지백서’ 발간을 목표로 진주시복지재단과 업무협약을 체결해 지역 복지 기록화의 기반을 마련했다.
또한 복지협의회는 지역사회 공헌 활동에 기여한 유공자에게 감사패를 전달하며 현장 종사자들의 헌신을 격려하고, 민관 협력 강화를 통한 지속 가능한 복지 실현 의지를 다졌다.
이날 김기호 회장은 2026년 핵심과제로 지방선거와 연계한 복지정책 토론회 개최, 복지백서 발간 추진, 지역 통합돌봄 체계 구축과 사회공헌 생태계 확산을 제시했다.
특히 협의회는 현장 중심의 정책 제안 기능을 강화하고, 복지 네트워크 활성화를 통해 시민 체감도를 높이는 실천 사업을 확대해 나가기로 했다.
