[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 고성탈박물관이 정월대보름을 맞아 전통 세시풍속과 연계한 특별 행사를 개최한다.
박물관은 오는 28일부터 3월 2일까지 박물관 1층 안내 데스크에서 ‘부럼 주머니 나누기’를 진행한다.
예부터 정월대보름 아침에는 부럼깨기 풍습이 전해오는데 호두, 땅콩, 밤 등 껍질이 단단한 견과류들을 깨물어 먹으며 한 해동안 부스럼이 생기지 않고 피부병을 예방할 수 있다고 한다.
3월 2일은 오후 2시부터 3시 30분까지 박물관 2층 다목적문화공간 사랑채에서 ‘북청사자탈 만들기’ 가족 프로그램을 운영한다.
정월대보름은 전국적으로 탈놀이가 성행했던 명절로 이번 행사에는 정월대보름의 다양한 세시풍속과 탈놀이들을 알아본 후 북청사자탈 만들기를 진행한다.
사전 예약을 완료한 10팀을 대상으로 프로그램을 무료로 운영하며, 참가자는 홈페이지와 전화 접수를 통해 신청할 수 있다.
고성탈박물관 관계자는 “박물관은 민속 주제를 살린 절기 행사를 통해 전시 홍보 효과를 높이고자 이번 행사를 준비하였다”며, “새롭게 재개관한 공간에서 가족이 함께 참여할 수 있는 프로그램을 마련하였으므로 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”고 밝혔다.
