【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=경북교육청이 전국 최초로 ‘유아나이스’ 시스템에 맞춘 사립유치원 교원 인사 업무 길라잡이를 내놨다. 도 교육청은 25일, 사립유치원 현장에 꼭 맞는 실무 매뉴얼인 ‘2026 쉽고 간편한 사립유치원 교원 인사 업무 길라잡이’를 제작해 보급한다고 밝혔다.
2023년 전면 도입된 유아나이스는 사립유치원 인사 행정을 전산화했지만, 실제 학교 현장에서는 지역마다 처리 방식이 달라 혼선이 적지 않았다. 또, 일부 유치원에서는 여전히 수기 작성과 서류 제출을 병행해 불편이 이어져 왔다.
경북교육청은 이런 현장의 목소리를 반영해 기존 ‘사립유치원 교원 인사 업무 매뉴얼(2021)’을 전면 개정했다. 새로운 길라잡이는 인사 처리 절차와 방법을 표준화하고, 실무에 바로 쓸 수 있도록 구조를 다시 짰다.
이번 매뉴얼은 유아나이스 인사 행정 절차를 체계적으로 정리한 전국 첫 자료다. 실제 인사 업무에 바로 적용할 수 있도록 업무 흐름 위주로 간단하고 명확하게 안내한 게 특징이다. 또, 최신 인사 관련 법령과 각종 제도, 지침을 반영하고 기존 자료의 오류도 수정·보완해 신뢰성과 정확성을 높였다.
경북교육청 관계자는 “이번 길라잡이로 유아나이스로 인한 현장 혼선과 지역별 인사 처리 편차를 크게 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”며 “불필요한 서류 작성이나 행정 부담도 덜어 효율적인 인사 운영과 공정성, 투명성 제고에도 도움이 될 것”이라고 말했다.
임종식 교육감은 “유아나이스 기반 인사 업무를 표준화한 전국 최초 사례로, 사립유치원 현장의 행정 부담을 줄이는 데 큰 힘이 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 교원이 교육에 더욱 전념할 수 있도록 현장 중심 지원을 강화하겠다”고 강조했다.

Superintendent Lim Jong-sik emphasized, "This is the first nationwide standardization of personnel processes based on UANAIS, and will significantly contribute to reducing the administrative burden on private kindergartens. We will continue to strengthen our field-focused support so that teachers can focus more on education."
