브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 넷마블문화재단은 지난 24일 넷마블 사옥에서 넷마블 임직원 대상 ‘가족견학프로그램’을 진행했다고 25일 밝혔다.
‘가족견학프로그램’은 임직원 가족을 사옥으로 초대해 건전한 게임문화 확산 및 직무에 대한 이해를 제고하는 시간을 갖고 함께 소통할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 넷마블문화재단의 주요 사회공헌활동이다.
행사에 참여한 넷마블 임직원을 포함한 20여 가족은 사무실 투어를 통해 직무에 대한 전반적인 이해도를 높이는 시간을 가졌다.
또한, 부모들을 대상으로 ‘자녀게임교육법 & 고민솔루션’ 활동을 진행하여 게임업계 종사자 부모들의 자녀 교육 고민 사례를 공유하고 해결방안을 모색하는 시간을 가졌으며, 자녀들은 ‘게임캐릭터가 되어 몸으로 말해요!’ 프로그램에 참여해 사옥 내 모션캡쳐 기술을 체험했다.
이 밖에도 ‘가족 보물찾기’ 등의 체험 프로그램을 통해 가족 간 유대감을 쌓을 수 있는 기회를 가졌다.
한편, 건강한 게임문화의 가치 확대 및 미래 창의 인재 양성, 나눔 문화 확산 등을 위해 2018년 출범한 넷마블문화재단은 ‘문화 만들기’, ‘인재 키우기’, ‘마음 나누기’ 등 3가지 영역을 중심으로 다양하고 전문화된 사회공헌 활동을 전개하고 있다.
