이근수 대구 북구청장 예비후보, 엑스코 일대 ‘옥외광고물 자유표시구역’ 지정 추진

【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=이근수 대구 북구청장 예비후보가 엑스코 일대에 옥외광고물 자유표시구역 지정을 추진하겠다고 24일 밝혔다. 이 예비후보는 이날 또, 관내 폐교를 청년 창업 공간과 노인 여가 시설 등 복합공간으로 탈바꿈하겠다는 추가 공약도 함께 내놨다.

이 예비후보는 “폐교를 단순히 남는 공간으로 두지 않고, 청년 창업의 거점이자 어르신들의 여가 공간으로 재구성해 세대가 함께 어우러지는 지역 거점을 만들겠다”고 강조했다. 또 “지역 기업과 사회적 경제 조직이 참여하는 운영 모델까지 고민하고 있다”고 덧붙였다.

이근수 예비후보는 “북구 부구청장으로 쌓은 행정 경험을 바탕으로 23개 동별 맞춤 공약도 차근차근 마련하고 있다”며 “취임 첫날부터 정부와 대구시, 교육청 등과 긴밀히 협의해 주민들이 변화를 바로 느낄 수 있도록 하겠다”고 밝혔다.
