【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 25일 음성명작관에서 군청 직원 60여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 공모사업 직원 프레젠테이션 역량강화 교육’을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 중앙부처, 충북도 및 공공기관 등에서 주관하는 각종 공모사업에 효율적으로 대응하고, 직원들의 공모 기획력과 발표 역량을 한 단계 높여 국·도비 확보를 극대화하기 위해 마련됐다.
프레젠테이션 전문교육업체를 통해 4시간 동안 △프레젠테이션 스킬 UP △공모사업 성공사례 분석 △AI를 활용한 사업계획서 작성법 등 총 3개의 과정 순으로 교육이 진행됐다.
우선, ‘프레젠테이션 스킬 UP’ 과정에서는 평가위원들의 마음을 사로잡는 논리 구조와 시각적 전달 방식을 익혔다.
이어진 ‘공모사업 성공사례 분석’ 과정에서는 타 지자체의 우수사례를 벤치마킹해 공모사업 선정에 필요한 논리적 허점을 보완하고, 차별화된 전략을 수립하는 눈을 길렀다.
끝으로, ‘AI 활용 사업계획서 작성법’ 과정에서는 생성형 AI를 활용해 방대한 자료를 신속하게 요약하고, 핵심 키워드를 도출해 그동안 기획 단계에서 겪었던 시행착오를 줄이고 업무의 기민함을 확보하는 방법을 배웠다.
군 관계자는 “직원들이 그동안 공모사업을 준비하면서 느꼈던 막막함을 이번 교육을 통해 해소하고, 직관적이며 설득력 있는 자료로 공모 경쟁력을 한층 높일 것”이라며 “최근 공공 분야에서 필수 역량으로 떠오른 AI 도구를 활용해 공모사업 업무를 더욱 수월하고 스마트하게 풀어낼 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
한편 군은 공모사업 총괄 관리부서를 통해 직원 대상 공모사업뿐만 아니라 상위기관과 공공기관의 지속적인 공모 동향 파악과 공유, 대규모 사업 PM 역할 등 전방위적인 지원을 통해 올해에도 정부정책 기조와 군정 방향 및 군 재정에 부합한 공모사업 선정에 총력을 기울일 방침이다.
