대전 서구 일자리지원센터가 청년들의 취업 부담을 줄이기 위해 올해 3월부터 10월까지 ‘찾아가는 청년 취업 상담’을 운영한다.
청년들이 자주 이용하는 활동공간에서 직업상담사를 만날 수 있도록 현장 접근성을 강조한 사업이다.
이 상담은 서구 내 청년활동공간 3곳—청춘정거장(둔산동), 청춘스럽(갈마동), 청춘포털(도마동)—과 연계해 진행된다.
총 24회(월 3회)로, 매 금요일 오후 3시부터 6시까지 직업적성검사, 개인 맞춤 취업 상담, 집중 알선 등을 제공한다. 첫째 주 청춘정거장, 둘째 주 청춘스럽, 셋째 주 청춘포털 순으로 순회한다.
서구는 지난해 유사 사업으로 28회 상담을 통해 116명 청년에게 218건의 서비스를 지원하며 효과를 입증했다. 세부 일정과 참여 방법은 각 공간의 온라인 소통망(SNS)을 통해 안내된다.
