[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 국립창원대학교는 26일 대학본부에서 ‘2026년도 2월말 정년퇴임 교원 감사패 전달식’을 개최하고, 평생을 학문 발전과 지역 인재 육성에 헌신한 12명 교수의 공로를 기리는 자리를 마련했다.
이번에 퇴임하는 12명의 교수는 국립창원대가 지역 거점 국립대학으로서 위상을 공고히 하는 데 중추적인 역할을 해온 인물들이다.
국립창원대는 이번 2월 말, 정영철 교수(영어영문학과), 이태근 교수(행정학과), 이호영 교수(국제관계학과), 이성철 교수(사회학과), 백자욱 교수(글로벌비즈니스학부), 정정현 교수(글로벌비즈니스학부), 김상부 교수(산업시스템공학과), 서유석 교수(건축학부 건축학전공), 김재형 교수(지능로봇융합공학과), 이재현 교수(신소재공학부), 김유섬 교수(음악과), 한종대 교수(에너지화학공학과) 등 모두 12명의 교수가 정년퇴임을 맞았다.
