이동환 고양특례시장이 경기도 주도 사업의 예산 구조를 정면으로 비판하며 도의 책임 있는 재정 분담을 강력히 촉구했다.

이 시장이 이날 공식 안건으로 제출한 핵심 사안은 시내버스 공공관리제의 도비 분담률 상향이다.
현재 경기도가 추진 중인 공공관리제는 사업 예산의 70%를 시·군이 부담하는 구조로 설계돼 있다.
고양시의 경우 2027년 전면 시행 시 연간 약 840억 원의 시비 투입이 불가피할 것으로 예상된다.
