진단부터 보정까지 통합 관리 체계 가동

대전광역시교육청이 2026학년도 새 학기를 맞아 학생들의 기초학력 보장을 위한 디지털 기반 지원 체계를 본격적으로 가동한다.
이를 위해 대전시교육청은 관내 초·중·고·특수학교 및 각종학교의 학습지원 담당 교원을 대상으로 ‘국가기초학력지원포털 현장 안착 지원 설명회’를 개최했다고 26일 밝혔다.
이번 설명회는 새 학기 시작과 동시에 발생할 수 있는 학습 결손을 예방하고, 교육 현장에 도입된 새로운 지원 시스템을 안정적으로 뿌리 내리게 하기 위해 마련되었다.
이번 사업의 핵심인 국가기초학력지원포털은 단순한 성적 진단을 넘어 학생의 인지적 성취도와 비인지적 정서 상태를 종합적으로 파악하는 통합 관리 시스템이다.
교사 지원: 학생 선정, 지도교사 배정, 학습 관찰 기록 등 행정 업무의 효율성을 높였다.
학생 및 학부모 지원: 누리집을 통해 직접 검사에 응시하고 결과를 확인할 수 있으며, 수준별 자기주도 학습 자료를 즉각 활용할 수 있다.
시교육청은 특히 포털 개통 초기에 이용자가 몰릴 것에 대비해, 3~4월 중 실시되는 기초학력 진단검사를 학년별로 분산 운영하는 전략적 로드맵을 일선 학교에 전달했다.
비대면 쌍방향 방식으로 진행된 이번 설명회는 이론 전달에 그치지 않고 실무 역량 강화에 집중했다. 교육청은 학교급별 소회의실을 운영하여 각급 학교 현장의 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 안내와 심도 있는 질의응답 시간을 가졌다.
대전시교육청은 이번 시스템 안착을 기점으로 **‘수업 중-방과 후-방학 중’**으로 연결되는 상시 학습 지원 체계를 더욱 공고히 할 계획이다.
