경기도재향군인회가 지역 민간 단체·기업과 손잡고 국가유공자를 위한 나눔 활동을 전개하며 민간 주도의 새로운 보훈 지원 모델을 제시해 주목받고 있다.
경기도재향군인회는 지난 26일 수원블루라이온스클럽(회장 박창수)과 새마음푸줏간(대표 서동수)으로부터 재향군인 및 국가유공자 예우를 위한 후원 물품을 전달받았다고 밝혔다.

기탁된 물품은 돼지고기 100kg과 곰탕 세트(우족·사골 등) 100kg 등 총 500인분 규모다.
전달된 물품은 경기도 내 각 시·군 재향군인회를 통해 '반찬 나눔 봉사' 형태로 유공자 가정에 직접 전해질 예정이다.
