[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 함양군 농업기술센터가 농업인의 농기계 안전사고 예방과 이용 편의를 높이기 위해 원하는 날짜에 원하는 장소까지 안전하게 배송하는 임대농기계 배송서비스를 시행한다고 27일 밝혔다.
오는 3월 3일부터 시행하는 임대농기계 배송료는 편도 1만원, 왕복 2만원으로 지난해와 동일하게 운영된다.
배송서비스를 희망하는 농업인은 임대하고자 하는 권역별 농기계임대사업소에 3일 전까지 이용 신청과 배송을 의뢰하면, 원하는 날짜에 해당 읍면 마을회관까지 배송업체를 통해 농기계를 전달받을 수 있다.
현재 배송이 가능한 농기계는 자주식 중소형 농업기계 20종 147대로 농작업에 필수적인 장비들이 포함돼 있다.
군 관계자는 "이번 배송서비스를 통해 농기계 임대 시 발생할 수 있는 도로 주행 안전사고와 상, 하차 과정의 위험을 줄이고 농업인의 불편을 해소하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다"며 "노동력 부족과 농기계 운반 문제 해결을 통해 지역 농업 경쟁력 강화에도 이바지하겠다"고 말했다.
