【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 3일 군청 대회의실에서 ‘스마트농업 육성지구 예비계획 수립 용역 중간보고회’를 열고, 지속 가능한 미래 농업 생태계 조성을 위한 예비계획의 구체적인 청사진을 점검했다.
이날 보고회는 조병옥 음성군수와 관련 부서 공무원, 한국농어촌공사 충북지역본부 지역특화사업단, NH농협 음성군지부 관계자 등 유관 기관 관계자를 비롯해 지역 농업인 단체, 청년농업인, 관내 스마트팜 운영 전문가 등 10여 명이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.
이번 용역은 기후 변화와 농촌 인구 고령화에 따른 노동력 부족 문제를 해결하고, 음성군 농업의 경쟁력을 한 단계 높이기 위해 추진 중인 ‘스마트농업 육성지구’지정을 위해 지난해 11월부터 진행되고 있다.
