【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 오는 5월 31일까지 2026년 기본형 공익직불금 신청·접수를 진행한다고 밝혔다.
기본형 공익직불금은 농업·농촌의 공익기능 증진과 농업인의 소득 안정을 위해 공익직불법에서 정한 일정 자격을 갖추고 준수사항을 이행하는 농업인에게 직불금을 지급하는 제도이다.
올해부터 신청 편의성을 높이기 위해 비대면 신청 기간을 기존의 1개월에서 3개월로 확대했다.
비대면 대상자는 신청일 기준 농업경영체 등록 정보가 전년도와 동일한 농업인에 한해, 별도의 서류 제출 없이 스마트폰이나 ARS(전화자동응답시스템)로 간편하게 신청할 수 있다. 대상자에게는 3일부터 문자메시지로 안내가 발송된다.
간편 신청 대상이 아닌 농업인과 법인도 농업e지를 통해 비대면 신청이 가능하도록 신청 방식이 추가 도입됐다.
다만, 신규 신청, 관외 경작자, 노인장기요양등급 판정자는 경작사실확인서와 함께 일반 농작업 등 영농 활동이 가능하다는 의사 소견이 포함된 ‘활동가능진단서’를 갖춰 오는 5월 29일까지 농지소재지 읍면 행정복지센터에서 신청해야 한다.
