그동안 덕이지구 내 공공용지는 도시개발사업 준공 과정에서 발생한 무상양여 부동산의 취득세 부과 여부를 둘러싼 논쟁으로 소유권 이전 등기가 지연돼 왔다.
이에 따라 공공시설의 원활한 운영과 주민 재산권 행사에 사실상 제약이 따르면서 지역 내 불편이 지속돼 왔다.
이날 간담회에서 김완규 의원은 행정안전부 유권해석과 경기도 관련 운영 지침을 면밀히 분석한 결과를 토대로 실질적인 해결책을 제시했다.
