충남교육청이 2026년도 지방공무원 255명 신규 채용 계획을 발표하며 유능한 지역 인재의 공직 진출 문턱을 낮췄다.
교육행정직 189명을 중심으로 교육 현장의 실무 역량을 강화하는 이번 채용은 공개·경력 경쟁시험을 통해 교육행정(일반) 171명, 전산 7명, 사서 8명 등 총 198명과 조리 8명, 운전 30명 등 경력직 38명을 선발한다.
특히 장애인 15명, 저소득층 3명 별도 모집과 국가보훈대상자 운전직 1명 특별채용으로 취약계층 공직 기회를 확대한다.
올해 첫 시행되는 교육행정직 통합 모집(1·2권역 구분 폐지)과 기술계고 경력시험 자격 요건 강화(전문교과 50% 이상)가 눈에 띈다.
원서 접수는 4월 13~17일 온라인으로, 필기시험은 6월 20일 치러진다.
교육청은 임신부·장애인 수험생을 위해 시험시간 연장, 확대 문제지·답안지, 점자·휠체어 시설 등 세심한 배려를 제공한다.
