충남도의회 1층 다움아트홀에서 우리 산하의 아름다움을 수묵담채로 표현한 인주 박진균 화백의 개인전 ‘산정무한’이 3일 막을 올렸다. 전시는 이달 31일까지 이어지며, 작가가 전국의 명산과 자연 풍경을 여행하며 그린 수묵화 20여 점이 선보인다.
‘산정무한’은 ‘끝없는 산의 품을 따라 흐르는 마음’을 주제로, 산과 계곡, 능선 등 자연의 다양한 표정을 먹의 농담과 여백의 미로 담아낸 작품들로 구성됐다.
특히 충남의 금강산이라 불리는 용봉산을 비롯해 ‘설악계곡’, ‘북한산의 아침’, ‘울산바위’, ‘설악 칠선봉의 여름’ 등 한국의 대표 산세를 소재로 한 작품들이 관람객의 발길을 붙잡는다.
박 화백은 수묵담채를 통해 자연의 생명력과 시간의 흐름을 조용하지만 깊이 있는 시선으로 풀어낸다. 작품마다 계절과 날씨, 빛의 변화가 은은하게 녹아 있어 마치 한 폭의 풍경 속으로 걸어 들어가는 듯한 여운을 준다.
전시 첫날 열린 ‘작가 만남의 날’ 행사에서는 박 화백이 직접 참여해 작품 제작 과정과 창작 의도에 대해 설명하며 관람객과 소통했다. 행사에는 도의회 관계자와 도민들이 함께해 작품에 대한 질문을 나누고, 수묵화의 표현 기법과 미학적 의미를 체험하는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.
