【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 5월 31일까지 2026년 기본형 공익직불금 신청을 받는다고 4일 밝혔다.
기본형 공익직불금은 농업·농촌의 공익기능 증진과 농업인 소득 안정을 위해 일정 자격을 갖추고 준수사항을 이행하는 농업인에게 지급된다.
신청 대상은 지급대상 농지에서 실경작하는 농업인 또는 농업법인이다.
다만 농업 외 종합소득금액이 3700만 원 이상인 자, 지급대상 농지 면적이 1000㎡ 미만인 자, 농지 처분 명령을 받은 자 등은 제외된다.
지급 단가는 소농직불금은 농가당 130만 원을 정액 지급하며, 면적직불금은 농지 면적에 따라 ha당 136만 원에서 215만 원까지 차등 지급한다.
소농 직불금은 △농지 면적 합 0.5㏊ 미만 △신청 연도 직전 3년 이상 농촌 거주 및 영농 종사 △농업 외 종합소득금액이 개인 2000만 원 미만 또는 가구당 4500만 원 미만 등 요건을 충족해야 한다.
신청은 온라인 비대면 방식과 방문 신청 모두 가능하다.
대면 신청은 오는 5월 29일까지 농지 소재지 읍·면 행정복지센터에서 가능하며 비대면 신청은 5월 31일까지 농업e지 누리집에서 할 수 있다.
신청 내용에 변경이 없는 농업인은 등록된 연락처로 발송된 인터넷주소(URL)에 접속, 스마트폰으로 간편 신청할 수 있다.
스마트폰 사용이 어려운 경우에는 전화 자동응답 시스템(1334)을 통해 신청 가능하다.
비대면 신청 대상자 중 변경사항이 있는 농업인, 신규 신청자, 관외 경작자, 장기요양등급 판정자 등은 반드시 기간 내 읍·면사무소를 방문해야 한다.
군은 농지 형상·기능 유지, 의무교육 이수, 농약 안전사용 준수 등 16개 준수사항 이행 여부와 실경작 여부를 확인해 오는 12월 직불금을 지급할 예정이다.
군 관계자는 “대상 농업인이 기간 내 빠짐없이 신청해 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 홍보를 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 증평군은 지난해 농업인 1856명에게 28억9900만 원을 지급했다.
