이날 행사에는 대성에너지 임직원과 대한적십자사 서구봉사원 등 약 50명이 참여해 배식과 식사 지원 활동을 펼쳤으며, 지역 어르신 등 400여 명에게 식사가 제공됐다. 참가자들은 식사 준비부터 배식, 정리까지 전 과정에 참여하며 현장에 온기를 더했다.
행사에 참석한 대성에너지 김종윤 본부장은 “작은 정성이지만 어르신들께 따뜻하고 든든한 한 끼를 대접할 수 있어 뜻깊다”며 “앞으로도 지역사회와 함께 호흡하며 실질적인 도움이 되는 사회공헌 활동을 지속적으로 이어가겠다”고 말했다.
