충남교육청이 위기 학생들을 위한 다각적 지원 체계 마련과 교육 공공성 강화를 목표로 ‘2026년 학생맞춤통합지원 기본계획’을 수립하고 본격 시행에 돌입한다.
이번 계획은 학교 현장의 실질적 수용성을 높이기 위해 철저한 현장 의견 수렴 과정을 거쳐 완성되었다.
앞서 충남교육청은 2월 12일 보령 호텔 쏠레르에서 14개 시군 교육지원청 담당자들과 지역별 특화 지원 방안을 논의했고, 2월 25일에는 교원단체 협의회를 개최해 교원들의 행정 부담 경감 및 지원책을 협의했다.
이어 2월 26일과 3월 4일에는 충남공감마루에서 선도학교 운영 사례 공유와 13개 학교 교장단 의견 수렴을 통해 현장의 목소리를 집중 반영했다.
현장 교사들과 관계자들이 제안한 ‘학교 업무 부담 최소화’과 ‘전문 인력 배치 확대’ 요구사항도 기본계획에 반영됐다. 특히, 복합적이고 난이도 높은 사례는 학교장의 요청에 따라 교육지원청 산하 ‘학생맞춤통합지원센터’가 직접 지원해 현장 부담 완화에 나설 예정이다.
