6일 잡코리아에 등록된 대기업(계열사 포함) 공고 현황을 분석한 결과, 올해 1월~2월 공고 수는 전년 동기간 대비 6% 늘어난 것으로 집계됐다.
같은 기간 중견기업 공고 역시 소폭 증가했다. 대내외 경제 여건 악화로 보수적으로 운영되던 채용 기조가 완화되며, 기업 공채 규모가 상승 추세로 전환된 것으로 나타났다.
