【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군이 외국인 계절근로자 관리 업무의 디지털 전환을 위해 추진한 ‘공공용 민간 SaaS 이용지원 공모사업’에 최종 선정됐다고 5일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 행정안전부와 한국지능정보사회진흥원(NIA)이 주관하는 것으로, 군은 (주)인조이웍스의 ‘외국인 계절근로자 관리 플랫폼(KOLLABO)’ 도입에 대해 국비 2640만원을 지원받아 1년간 무상으로 이용하게 된다.
새로 도입되는 플랫폼은 근로자 정보 일괄 등록, 농가-근로자 자동 배정, 비자·체류 만료일 자동 알림, 16종 행정서류 자동 생성, 전자서명 등의 기능을 제공한다.
캄보디아, 라오스, 베트남 등 5개국에서 입국하는 다국적 근로자 관리에도 다국어 지원 기능이 활용될 예정이다.
군 관계자는 “매년 20% 이상 증가하는 계절근로자 수요에 대응하기 위해 체계적인 관리 시스템 도입이 시급했다”며 “이번 플랫폼 도입으로 농가와 근로자 모두에게 더 나은 행정서비스를 제공하고, 무단이탈 예방 등 사업 내실화에도 기여할 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
군은 3월 중 시스템 연계 작업을 완료하고, 농번기 본격 시작 전인 4월부터 플랫폼을 운영할 계획이며, 1년간의 시범 운영 성과를 바탕으로 자체 예산을 편성해 지속적으로 활용할 방침이다.

Eumseong County announced on the 5th that it has been selected for the "Public-Private SaaS Utilization Support Competition," which aims to digitally transform the management of foreign seasonal workers.
This project, hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Korea Intelligence Information Society Agency (NIA), will receive KRW 26.4 million in government funding for the implementation of Enjoyworks' "Foreign Seasonal Worker Management Platform (KOLLABO)," which will be used free of charge for one year.

The military plans to complete system integration work in March and launch the platform in April, before the peak farming season begins. Based on the results of the one-year pilot program, the military plans to allocate its own budget for continued use.
