충남 청양군이 지난해 집중호우로 무너진 하천 85곳을 단순 복구를 넘어 근본적인 홍수 예방 체계로 탈바꿈시키기 위해 행정력을 집중한다. 지방하천 16곳, 소하천 69곳에 총 321억 원을 투입해 올해 우기 전 주요 공정을 마무리한다.
