충남 천안시가 하나은행·충남신용보증재단과 협력해 소상공인 특례보증을 480억 원 규모로 2배 키우며 자금난 해소에 나선다.
이를 위해 천안시는 9일 시청에서 김석필 부시장 권한대행, 함종덕 하나은행 충남북영업본부장, 조소행 충남신보재단 이사장과 ‘2026 소상공인 특례보증 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
천안시와 하나은행이 각 10억 원(총 20억 원) 추가 출연, 누적 출연금 40억 원에 보증 배수 12배 적용으로 총 480억 원 공급이 가능해진다.
지난해 하나은행 10억 원 출연 성공 사례를 바탕으로 고금리·고물가 피해 소상공인 지원을 강화한다.
대상 소상공인은 충남신보재단 통해 보증서 발급, 업체별 최대 5,000만 원 대출에 이자 1.5% 지원을 받는다.
