【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=차수환 대구 동구청장 예비후보가 주민 참여와 민원 거버넌스 강화에 초점을 맞춘 ‘소통도시-대구동구’ 공약을 발표했다.
차 예비후보는 6일, 앞서 발표한 ‘민생 3총사’에 이은 두 번째 정책으로 ‘소통도시-대구동구’를 내놓으며 “주민이 행정에 적극적으로 참여하고, 내부 통제를 강화해 더 투명하고 친절한 행정을 실현하겠다”고 밝혔다.

민원 처리 체계도 개선한다. 차 예비후보는 민원처리 거버넌스 구축과 함께 ‘구청장과 대화의 날’ 정례 운영, 민원 옴부즈맨 제도 확대, 악성 민원에 대응하는 전담체계 도입 등을 약속했다. 또한 민원 담당 공무원의 권익 보호를 위한 조례 제정과 지원 대책도 마련할 계획이다.
차 예비후보는 “구청장 부재 시에도 행정이 흔들리지 않도록 업무 연속성 매뉴얼을 정비하고, 현장 중심의 행정을 강화하겠다”며 “주민의 다양한 목소리가 행정에 실질적으로 반영되는 소통 시스템을 만들겠다”고 강조했다.
이어 “동구는 2025년 자율적 내부통제 운영 평가에서 3년 연속 최우수 기관에 선정된 바 있다”며 “이런 제도적 성과를 바탕으로 주민이 직접 체감할 수 있는 책임 행정을 실현하겠다”고 덧붙였다.
한편 차 예비후보는 오는 10일 오전 11시, 동구 반야월 선거사무실에서 개소식을 열고 주민들과 직접 소통에 나설 예정이다.
