(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 법무부 서울남부보호관찰소가 지난 6일 구로아동보호전문기관과 함께 아동학대 보호관찰 대상자에 대한 재범방지 및 피해아동 보호 강화를 위한 아동학대 사례회의를 실시했다고 밝혔다.
서울남부보호관찰소에 따르면, 이번 사례회의는 아동학대 범죄로 보호관찰을 받고 있는 대상자의 재범위험성을 점검하고, 피해아동의 안전 확보와 가족기능 회복을 위한 통합적 지원 방안을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.
회의에는 보호관찰관, 아동보호전문기관 상담원 등 실무자가 참석해 대상자의 준수사항 이행여부, 피해아동 보호상황 공유, 가정내 위험요인 분석, 부모교육 및 상담참여 현황 등을 종합적으로 논의했다.
서울남부보호관찰소장은 “아동학대 사안은 보호관찰 지도·감독 뿐만 아니라 지역사회 협력체계가 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “유관기관과의 긴밀한 정보공유와 사례회의를 통해 재학대 위험을 사전에 차단하겠다”고 밝혔다.
서울남부보호관찰소는 2026년 1분기 안에 서울서남아동보호전문기관 및 서울남부아동전문기관과도 사례회의를 실시하는 등 아동학대 재발 방지와 피해아동 보호를 위한 대응체계를 지속적으로 운영해 나갈 계획이다.
