【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군 덕산 건강생활지원센터는 임산부와 어린이 가정을 위한 상반기 맞춤형 건강증진 프로그램을 본격 운영 중이라고 9일 밝혔다.
덕산 건강생활지원센터는 이달 3일 ‘임부 건강증진 교실 1기’를 개강하며 첫 수업을 시작했다.
해당 프로그램은 전문 강사를 초빙해 오는 4월 14일까지 총 7회에 걸쳐 진행되며, 태교 입문 셔클 활동, 골반 균형 요가, 신생아 존중 돌봄 등 임산부와 신생아를 위한 다양한 커리큘럼이 운영된다.
연간 총 3기로 구성돼 참가자들에게 임신과 출산 관련 유익한 정보를 제공하며, 프로그램의 2기 모집은 오는 5월 13일부터 진행될 계획이다.
지난 2월에 종료된 ‘베이비 마사지 교실 1기’는 모든 참여자로부터 높은 만족도를 기록했다.
해당 프로그램은 작년 총 3기로 운영됐으나, 올해부터 4기로 확대 운영될 예정이다.
