대전도시공사가 노후 영구임대아파트의 주거 환경을 획기적으로 개선하기 위한 ‘새집줄게 헌집다오’ 사업을 본격화한다. 20년 이상 장기 거주한 입주민들에게 리모델링을 마친 쾌적한 보금자리를 제공하며 순환형 주거복지의 새로운 모델을 제시하고 있다.
이번 사업의 핵심은 단순한 수리를 넘어선 '세대 이동형 주거 개선'이다. 장기 거주로 시설이 노후화된 세대의 입주민을 대상으로, 지난해 이미 '그린 리모델링'을 완료한 세대를 우선 공급하는 방식이다.
