【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구광역시의회가 10일부터 19일까지 10일간 제323회 임시회를 열고 본격적인 의정활동에 들어갔다. 이번 임시회에서는 10건의 제·개정 조례안 심사와 상임위원회별 현장점검이 진행된다.
시의회는 회기 동안 ‘대구광역시 지하안전관리에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’을 비롯해 총 10건의 조례안을 다룬다. 아울러 각 상임위원회별 현장 방문을 통해 주요 시정 현안에 대한 점검에도 나설 예정이다.
심의에 오른 조례안은 ▲대구광역시 지하안전관리에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안(임인환 의원) ▲대구광역시 청년 기본 조례 일부개정조례안(하중환 의원) ▲대구광역시 관광진흥 조례 일부개정조례안(김재우 의원) ▲대구광역시 공동주택 관리 조례 일부개정조례안 ▲대구광역시 지역건설산업 활성화 조례 일부개정조례안(이상 이동욱 의원) ▲대구광역시교육청 진로교육 진흥 조례 전부개정조례안(손한국 의원) ▲대구광역시교육청 학생맞춤통합지원 조례안(박소영 의원) 등이다.
임시회 첫날인 10일 오전에는 제1차 본회의가 열려, 개회식 직후 회기 운영을 위한 제반 안건이 처리됐다.
11일 오후 예정된 제2차 본회의에서는 시정 질문과 5분 자유발언이 진행된다. 이날 시정 질문에서는 윤권근 의원이 신청사 건립사업의 원활한 추진 여부와 국가도시공원 지정 문제 등을 집중적으로 질의할 계획이다. 이어지는 5분 자유발언에서는 ▲‘축제의 도시로 다시 피어나기 위해 — 판타지아대구페스타와 파워풀대구페스티벌의 미래를 시민과 함께’(김재우 의원) ▲‘아동친화도시 대구의 민낯, 돌봄 종사자는 여전히 저임금’(김지만 의원) ▲‘희생에는 상생으로, 기피시설 입지 지역에 대한 구조적 보상 촉구’(손한국 의원) ▲‘신세계 프리미엄 아울렛 입점과 교통 문제 해결로 안심뉴타운의 새로운 도약을’(이재숙 의원) ▲‘보이지 않는 위기, 청년 이탈 투자 우선순위 바꿔야’(이동욱 의원) 등 5건이 예정돼 있다.
12일부터 18일까지는 각 상임위원회가 조례안과 안건 심사는 물론, 조례안과 관련된 주요 시정 현장을 직접 방문해 운영 현황을 점검한다. 기획행정위원회는 대구달성소방서, 문화복지위원회는 대구제2빙상장, 경제환경위원회는 대구탄소중립지원센터, 건설교통위원회는 대구 상수도사업본부 수질연구소 등을 차례로 돌아본다.
임시회 마지막 날인 19일에는 제3차 본회의에서 상임위원회 심사를 통과한 안건을 최종 의결하며, 이번 임시회의 막을 내릴 예정이다. 이번 임시회는 이만규 의장이 주재한다.

The first plenary session was held on the morning of the 10th, the first day of the extraordinary session, and all agenda items for the session's operation were processed immediately following the opening ceremony.
The second plenary session, scheduled for the afternoon of the 11th, will feature questions from the city administration and five-minute free comments. During the policy inquiry session, Councilmember Yoon Kwon-geun plans to focus on the smooth progress of the new city hall construction project and the designation of the city as a national urban park. From the 12th to the 18th, each standing committee will review the proposed ordinance and related agenda items, as well as visit key city administration sites related to the proposed ordinance to inspect the current status of operations. The Planning and Administration Committee will visit the Daegu Dalseong Fire Station, the Culture and Welfare Committee will visit the Daegu 2nd Ice Rink, the Economy and Environment Committee will visit the Daegu Carbon Neutrality Support Center, and the Construction and Transportation Committee will visit the Daegu Waterworks Headquarters Water Quality Research Institute.
On the 19th, the final day of the extraordinary session, the agenda items that passed the standing committee review at the third plenary session will be voted on and the extraordinary session will conclude. Chairman Lee Man-gyu will preside over the extraordinary session.
