지금 현실은 그 말과 정반대의 방향으로 달리고 있기 때문이다. 이재명 정부와 민주당은 '사법 장악 3법(법왜곡죄·재판소원·대법관 증원)' 을 밀어붙이며 사법 질서를 뒤흔들고 있다. 여기에 조희대 대법원장 사퇴 압박, 검찰 권한 완전 폐지, 그리고 무엇보다 이재명 대통령 사건의 공소 취소 추진까지 속도를 내고 있다. 심지어 민주당은 "공소취소용" 국정조사에 이어 특검 도입까지 공언하고 있다.
이 모든 흐름이 과연 대통령의 뜻과 무관하다고 믿을 국민이 얼마나 되겠는가.
더 충격적인 것은 민주당 내부에서까지 제기된 “이재명 공소 취소–검찰 보완수사권 거래설”이다. 음모론으로 들릴수도 있다. 그러나 공취모 결성, 토론회, 국정조사 추진, 특검 언급, 대법원장 사퇴 압박까지 이어지는 흐름을 보면 결코 음모론을 넘어 공작설로 여겨질 소지도 충분하다.
재판 중지도 모자라 공소 취소까지 현실 정치 의제가 되고 있는 것이야말로 황당한 일이다 .

이재명의 사법 리스크가 민주주의 리스크로 번지고 있는 형국이다. 지금 나라 상황이 어떤가. 미국·이란 전쟁 여파로 고유가·고환율·고물가의 삼중 위기가 몰려오고 있다. 그런데도 정치권의 일부, 특히 친명계는 공소 취소와 권력 장악 정쟁에만 몰두하고 있다. 결국 우리는 기이한 현실을 마주하고 있다. 사법 리스크를 외면한 선택의 정치적 혜택은 친명계와 강성 지지층이 독점하고, 그 대가와 폐해는 국가와 국민이 떠안는 구조다.
