단순한 주거이전을 넘어 지역사회에 안정적으로 정착하고 생활 안정을 도모할 수 있도록 연계 지원하는 데 중점을 두고 있다.
지원 대상은 쪽방·고시원·여인숙·비닐하우스·반지하 등에 거주하는 무주택 가구로, 소득 및 자산 기준 등 요건을 충족하는 경우 공공임대주택 입주 연계를 지원받을 수 있다.
대상자로 선정되면 초기상담 및 주거 실태조사, 임대주택 신청 및 계약지원, 이사비 및 생필품 지원, 주거급여 및 복지서비스 연계 등 맞춤형 지원이 제공된다.
사업신청과 상담은 광역주거복지센터와 미추홀구 주거복지센터를 통해 가능하다.
