이번 전달식에는 최재호 창원상공회의소 회장, 박일준 대한상공회의소 부회장과 더불어 엘지전자, 효성중공업, 에스티엑스엔진, 무학, (사)이충무공선양군항제위원회 등 동참기업 관계자와 경남경찰청, 창원소방본부, 창원해양경찰서 등 공공안전 기관 관계자 30여 명이 참석했다.
