포천시는 지난 10일 대한건축사협회 포천지역건축사회와 '재난 피해주택 신축 지원을 위한 업무협약(MOU)'을 체결했다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 재난 피해 주택의 신속하고 원활한 복구를 돕기 위해 설계 및 감리비 감면, 인허가 행정 지원, 건축사 참여 체계 구축 등 실질적이고 효율적인 지원 방안을 마련하고자 추진됐다.
협약에 따라 자연재난 등 피해가 발생할 경우, 포천지역건축사회는 전문 건축사 인력을 구성해 피해주택 신축을 희망하는 시민에게 설계·감리비를 법정 기준 대비 50% 감면된 비용으로 제공하는 파격적인 혜택을 지원한다. 포천시 역시 대상자에게 감면 내용을 적극 안내하고, 관련 건축 인허가 행정절차를 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 최대한 신속하게 처리할 방침이다.
